The cream will not pump thru the bottle so I heated it up to make it creamier. Still didn’t work so I took it back to Sephora for an exchange. Now my second one is doing the same thing. Very annoying especially since I live over 20 miles from nearest store. I love the cream though but is very frustrating trying to get it out of the bottle.
