Hi Madeline,

If a company is cruelty free with vegan options, it means that they do not test on animals and they have some products that do not contain animal ingredients. A 100% vegan company does not test on animals and none of their products contain animal ingredients. I do not support brands that test as required by law and do not consider them to be cruelty free.

I hope this helps! 🙂

How can a company be cruelty free and have vegan options, but still not be 100% vegan? It means that they still allow testing on animals when law requires it? Thank you.
