I’ve tried the recipe with one flax egg and it didn’t cook all the way through, so I feel like 3 would make the problem worse

I have tried several times to make the TIU recipe and failed miserably. My 2 year old still loved it and ate it, but we had a little argument when I tried to convince her that no, it wasn’t “poo poo”.
