Yeah, the “100% vegan” claim is frustrating when it’s a lie. No idea how long those carmine shadows have been out, but if you’d think when writing in the description that it’s “not vegan”, they’d ping to change the now untrue claim. :[

Oh well. Unfortunately, the frequency of things like this happening means I still double check before I buy.

In reply to Trudy. Thanks for letting me know Trudy. That's very frustrating as they told us they do not use any animal ingredients, those shadows were not listed when they were added on Logical Harmony, and it says that they are vegan on their site. :(

Hi Tashina,

Might be worth noting that Shiro Cosmetics aren’t 100% vegan. Browsing their eyeshadows and there’s a few marked “not vegan”.

Also, Rescue Beauty Lounge folded at the end of last year and no longer exist, so there never will be a concrete answer from them.
