In reply to Liane Ng. They have told me that they do test as required by law (which can happen other places than China). I've talked to them a few times to try to see if this has changed, and they have been unable to confirm that it has.

Hi, I’m interested to find out about Pat McGrath. They’re listed as not cruelty-free, but their website states that they do not test on animals and they are currently not sold in China. Have there been any correspondences with Pat McGrath to confirm that they are not cruelty-free? Thanks!
