In reply to Belle. Hi Belle! BECCA uses the same ingredient list for all of them and carmine is listed under +/- (may or may not contain) because some shades contain it and some do not. I hope this helps!

Hi Tashina, I was looking into the ingredients of the becca highlighters and they have carmine in them. Wasn’t sure if you knew since you have them listed as vegan.

Hi Tashina,

on the list there is the Aqua luminous foundation but not the concealer. Do you know if the concealer is vegan too?

I know that previously carmine was listed as a +/- (may or may not contain) ingredient because they use the same packaging and ingredient list for all shades, even though some do not contain those ingredients. It no longer appears there though here in the US packaging or on the BECCA website. Since I can't see the packaging where you are, I'm not able to speak to that. But I took a look at the Douglas site and carmine is listed, but under +/-.

Hi Tashina, i am a German girl and i want to buy tue shimmering pressen highlighter in pearl and moonstone, in the store where i look the incredients say, there is carmine (i lookedin the online Shop from Douglas) and in the packaging it says there is carmine too?

I wanted to see if the ingredients have changed but they don’t appear to be different. Carmine is not listed on the ingredient list I see online and on packages I’ve seen recently in stores.

The backlight targeted colour corrector in peach contains carmine. I purchased from their site after seeing it on this list. Now it’s arrived and the box says it contains Carmine.

I recently bought Becca Velvet blurring primer from Saphora and was told that it is vegan friendly product but when I get home and googeld it was not a vegan friendly product. Can you help me out regarding the ingredients list that makes this product non vegan?

Becca released new violet shade primer called “first light filter face primer”.
I really want to try it, but, is it vegan or not? Please help. I’m wondering because the backlight priming filter is vegan. I hope the first light will be vegan too
